Constructed with All-Clad’s exclusive 5-ply bonding—featuring alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminum—it ensures exceptionally even heating, warp resistance, and unmatched control. The high, straight sides minimize evaporation and splatter while accommodating frequent stirring or whisking, ideal for gravies, reductions, and reheating. Additionally, the small surface area helps to hold heat well and limit evaporation.
