It reaches temperatures from 300°F to 750°F, making it highly versatile for roasting meats, baking bread and pastries, or searing pizzas with beautifully crisped crusts.

Constructed from durable 441 stainless steel and gray painted steel, the Gusto is designed for years of reliable use. Its rock wool insulation enhances heat retention and ensures a safe-to-touch exterior, even during extended cooking sessions. It also uses up to 5x less wood than traditional ceramic ovens, offering a more efficient, eco-friendly experience.

For added convenience, the oven includes a complete accessory set: three stainless steel racks, one large pan, two small pans, a certified food-safe brick floor, and a side shelf. Rear wheels make repositioning easy, whether you're outfitting a patio kitchen or rearranging a catering setup.
