Installation & Care
Installation:
Trade-Wind Outdoor hoods are built with flexibility in mind. Each 24" body depth hood easily converts from vertical to horizontal discharge, allowing for simple field adjustments. Matching telescopic duct covers are included for ceilings up to 10 feet, with an optional cover available for ceilings up to 12 feet.
Mounting height: 36" above cooking surface (minimum)
Ducting: 10” round duct recommended for optimal 1200 CFM performance
Optional inline blower: 1266 CFM available (sold separately)
Care & Maintenance:
Clean stainless steel surfaces with non-abrasive soap and water
Remove baffle filters and clean every 4–8 weeks depending on use
Check lighting and motor condition annually
